Terms of use
These terms apply to the vekil.tech website and to Vekil's ChatGPT plugin. The website and the plugin are operated by CCG Consulting Ltd. (see Imprint). By using the website or the plugin you accept these terms.
Nature of the service
The website and the plugin provide information about Vekil. The plugin's AI compliance readiness check is a preliminary assessment produced by fixed rules from your answers; it is not legal advice and does not replace legal counsel. The masking example is a demonstration on built-in, fake data only. Use of the Vekil software is governed by a separate licence agreement, not by these terms. The content of the website is not an offer or a contract; edition scope, pricing and installation terms are set in a written quote.
Your obligations
- Do not enter another person's personal data into the plugin or the form; send demo requests only on your own behalf.
- Do not use the service in a way that overloads it with automated tools, abuses it or disrupts its operation.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
The ChatGPT plugin runs inside OpenAI's ChatGPT service; use of ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. For the processing of personal data, see our Privacy notice.
Intellectual property
Rights in the text, images, videos and software on the website and in the plugin belong to CCG Consulting Ltd. or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Limitation of liability
The website and the plugin are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of the compliance check result. No commitment is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and consumers' statutory rights, remain unaffected.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page with its last updated date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers' statutory rights, including the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Turkish Law No. 6502, remain unaffected.
